01 / DIGITAL CREDITS

For conversations with characters.

FURRYBAR customers purchase digital credits that are consumed during text-based AI-character interactions.

Credits cannot be transferred between users.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. This is separate from the handling of an approved purchase refund.
FURRYBAR does not currently offer a monthly subscription.

How points are used

Each AI-generated text reply uses points based on the selected model and conversation content. As a guide, a reply may use approximately 45–170 points, with some newer models consuming more points per reply than lower-cost models.

This range is an estimate, not a fixed minimum or maximum. Actual usage varies, so a points package does not guarantee a particular number of replies or conversations.

02 / REFUND POLICY

Refunds for unused points.

Refunds are available for the unused portion of points purchased from CPub LLC. The refundable amount is calculated proportionally from the amount paid for the relevant purchase. CPub LLC does not charge an additional refund fee.

Refunds are returned through the original payment channel, and the corresponding unused points are deducted from the FURRYBAR account.

We aim to resolve refund requests within 10 business days of receipt. If a complex case requires additional time, our support team will explain the delay and coordinate the next steps with the customer. Once issued, the refund may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider or bank.

This policy does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
